Create your own betting log app in Python (part 1)

I often thought that manually inputting any bets made into a excel file would suffice when recording profit and loss figures when betting regularly. For any that takes their betting a little bit serious it is quite necessary to record these figures so that you can get an overall sense of your performance and review what went wrong and where.
